Warranty Coverage of Neosonic Hearing Aids

All of our hearing aids come with a full 12 month manufacturer’s warranty, which covers manufacturing defects. The guarantee will not be valid if a device has been modified or damaged by the user, if the serial number has been altered, or if repairs have been made without the consent and knowledge of neosonic.com. Accessories are not covered under warranty.

Repairs or Damage to your Hearing Aid

Repairs to your hearing aids are covered within the 12 month manufacturer’s warranty. If you believe your device needs repairs, please send images and/or any other useful information to info@neosonictech.com. If repairs can simply be made, we may attempt to walk you through the repair. If repairs need to be made by the manufacturer, we will gladly cover the cost of shipping the product for those repairs. Loss or user damage is NOT covered under Neosonic's warranty, however if you lose or damage your hearing device within the first 12 months, contact us for a 10% discount on your next purchase.

What To Do If You Have Issues

If your Neosonic hearing aids stop functioning correctly, please contact us by email at info@neosonictech.com. When contacting us, please have your order number handy. We will send you the instruction of how to proceed with the warranty right away.
