Warranty Coverage of Neosonic Hearing Aids

All of our hearing aids come with a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty, which covers all manufacturing defects. The guarantee will be void if a device has been modified or damaged by the user, if the serial number has been altered, or if repairs have been made without the consent and knowledge of neosonic.com. Accessories are not covered under warranty.

What do I do if there's something wrong with my devices?

Repairs to your hearing aids are covered within the 12 month manufacturer’s warranty. If you experience problems with your device(s), please send your order number, detailed description of the problem, and images if you are able to along with any other useful information to info@neosonic.com. If the problem is a simple one, we will attempt to troubleshoot the problem with you over the phone or through email. If you need to send it back to us for service, we will supply you the necessary instructions through email or via phone call. For warranty claims, you'll need to cover the shipping cost when sending in your hearing aid for repair. Once we've completed the service, we'll take care of the shipping expenses to send the repaired hearing aid back to you. Loss or user damage is NOT covered under Neosonic's warranty, however. If you lose or damage your hearing device within the first 12 months, contact us and we can offer you a replacement or new set at a deep discount.

For orders from Canada, we provide the same 12-month warranty. However, customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs back to Canada after the service is completed.
