I was getting frustrated having to return many OTC hearing aids that just didn't work for me and the high cost of resolving my difficulty hearing is simply not in my budget while so many seem to be finding satisfaction with more affordable options. Then FINALLY I found these great rechargeable OTC hearing aids. So easy to program, comfortable, low cost, clear sound with no feed back or squealing and practically invisible. Exactly what I was looking for and very good quality. I've been wearing these for over 3 months now and forget that I have them in. How nice to be able to join in conversations and hear the TV without having the volume up high and using Closed Caption. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

They work great. I could hear my wife but often could not decipher what she said. With the frequency tuning it is much better. Had to experiment with fit but they sent 3 sizes for each ear.So far (30 days÷) am very satisfied with them
What would be far more helpful to users would be to let users buy the size that fits their ears. My wife needs the smallest size. The larger ones she has to throw out. This is wasteful as well as annoying to the user. I think selling packets of four or 6 of the same size would your users more and would save money for your patrons as well as yourself. Revenue that you might lose would be recouped through the cost of buying, handling, and packaging. The satisfaction of your patrons would also increase your business in the sale of your products. Buyers and sellers would both win. Thank you.
I have 60+ years of hearing aid usage. The last twenty years I have owned the most expensive. I bought my first $300 pair of neosonics 3 years ago, and this pair a year ago. Let me emphasize I did NOT NEED a replacement. My first pair provide excellent hearing and no issues in 3 years. Three years ago my $8,000/pr provider started prepping me to replace my 5 year old pair, or renovate for $525 EACH. I decided to try the $300 pair. The $$$ math was no risk/big reward. The neosonics are excellent. The neosonics provide excellent hearing. Full disclosure, the neosonics provide only upgrade hearing. No Bluetooth, no IPhone, no TV link. I wanted good hearing. I got good hearing. I rotate the 3 hearing aids. I STRONGLY recommend try the neosonics.
Recently, I purchased the NW20 Neckband Listener as a gift for my spouse. Both of us struggle to understand the dialogue emanating from our flat screen tv. Sound bars were no help. What a pleasant, unexpected surprise and what a difference it has made for both of us! And the neckband passed what I consider the true test - understanding British dialogue. The sound coming through the earbuds is crisp and clear. Set up was easy. I am delighted with this purchase.
