Return and Refund Policy
Neosonic offers a 45-day money back guarantee. The 45-day guarantee starts from the day we ship the item to you. We are so confident in our products that full refunds will be given if you do not like the item or if you are dissatisfied with them for any reason. We stand by our products.
TO START A RETURN: You must email us at info@neosonic.com or use the contact form below to obtain a Return Authorization Number or RAN. You must provide your order number when contacting us. There are no exceptions to this so please make sure you have it on hand when requesting a return. After you have obtained the RAN, you must ship the product back to the address provided to you.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, the manufacturer.
When returning your order, please return it with all the original packaging including the manufacturer’s box, manual, and all accessories. We recommend you save the tracking number of the shipment when returning any item to us in the event something happens with the shipment. Please allow us 1 to 2 business days to process your return AFTER we receive your shipment.
PLEASE NOTE: We will not authorize or accept returns on devices that have been modified or damaged, or if the serial numbers on the devices have been altered in any way, or if repairs have been made without the consent and knowledge of neosonic.com In such case, any returned hearing device(s) are not subject to any monetary value based on the discounted amount applied to the original purchase. All promotional gift(s) must be returned as part of the 45-day trial period in order to receive a refund. Accessories are not refundable. We only offer a trial period on your first order. If you place a second order of the same item, it is not eligible for a trial period or return.
REFUNDS
You will receive a notice when your refund has been processed via email. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded back to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund back to your account.
