Not only the best for your money, but compared to price range of $3,000 plus hearing aids, I would take this one in a heartbeat! I tried the well advertised cheap ones and the top of the line expensive ones. This is a true hearing aid not an amplifier! The adjustments allow you to customize them for your surroundings and hearing needs. A good feature is after charging they remember your previous settings. I have used them over a year now and had an issue with one of them. Their support team is just as good as their hearing aids, they resolved my issue in a timely manner.

These hearings aids were bought for my Mom. She likes them better than the $4000 pair I bought her from Sams club. Those were good but constantly needed new batteries and had to be serviced. She ended up losing one and the other stopped working. So far, these are far superior. The charging station is convenient. It also comes with a cleaning kit and wire to clean out wax (which can disrupt the proper functioning of the hearing aids). 5 stars at the moment. $200 instead of $4000. Wow!

Purchased the MX-RIC Rechargeable Hearing Aids about a month ago... I am very pleased with them and my wife, family and coworkers are even more so! A fraction of the cost of others, simple to use and each of the four settings work exactly as advertised! Even get to hear the birds chirping again!

My expensive hearing aids died and as I no longer have a company Health Insurance plan I could not afford a new set costing thousands. I searched Amazon for something affordable and with great reviews and came across these aids from Neosonic. They were reasonably priced, were rechargeable and had many good reviews so I ordered them. The first time I tried them I found them quite loud even at the lowest volume setting, but the second time I wore them they felt a little better and now, after a week or so, I quite like them. I like that they are rechargeable and are easy to maintain. I haven't noticed any difference between the two 'programs' but they sure make watching TV more enjoyable as I can now understand the dialog. I added the Asurion protection plan so that if the aids die after a few years I am covered. I am happy with this purchase and am glad I didn't have to spend thousands to hear better.

Surprised. Figured I would be sending these back like others I have had. Think they are keepers. Received hearing aids, gave them a charge and put them on. Went to eat with neighbors, surprised by how well they worked. Only had them a week and I am sure I will keep them. Only one bad experience. Went out to eat at a restaurant that was very noisy. Had to take them out. If I had ear plugs I would of put them in! So far I would recommend you give them a try.

The first thing I noticed was the ability to hear each source of sound individually. The fireplace is to my right and district.
The TV is to my left and again occupied a different range of my aural levels.
Amazing.
They weigh little and are comfortable for long periods of time.
I find it easier to adjust the on/off switch (or program) when the unit is in my hand and not on my ear. Volume is not an issue.
I do wish it had the recharge case as the B10. Storage and charging in one form and not two.
The price is more than reasonable compared to what else is offered.
Overall I consider the mx-ric a good buy with interesting technological touches to make them five stars.

I have worn both cheap and expensive hearing aids for about 4 years. The cheap ones didn't cover the high frequency sounds. Neither did the expensive one. I bought these out of frustration but my expectations were very low. I've only had these for two days but I am hearing sounds that I don't think I've heard for ten years or so. I'm still experimenting with setting, but I think I love them. My audiologist for the single expensive one assured me I would never be able to hear the sounds I'm hearing right now. Surprise!
